Details on Problem Statements

We have two major problem categories we're trying to solve (see Home for details). 

We will be announcing 10 specific problem statements (5 for each category) on Monday or Tuesday. That will give us 5 days to start exploring solutions and then start officially hacking come Saturday, March 28th.
